  • Lecture requests submitted through the platform (topic, format, audience, proposed time windows, notes)

  • Messages or comments exchanged in platform (if enabled)

    Lecturers may choose profile visibility options. Institutions may only view profiles they are permitted to view based on those settings and any access controls configured by the platform.

    We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion subject to legal and operational requirements.

  3. Security
