Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 6th March 2026. These Terms govern your access to and use of MedLive Exchange (MLX), available at https://medliveexchange.com/

  1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

  2. What MedLive Exchange is (and is not)

MedLive Exchange is a structured marketplace that helps academic institutions find and request live medical teaching sessions from lecturers. The service enables profile discovery, lecture requests, and direct coordination between users.

MedLive Exchange is not a concierge, staffing agency, scheduling operator, or clinical care provider. We do not guarantee outcomes, availability, response times, or the completion of any lecture.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the service on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution.

  2. Accounts and access

You may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding account access and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or misuse the service.

  1. User roles

The service may support multiple roles, including lecturers and institutions/administrators. Role-based features may differ.

  2. Profiles and content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile details, lecture topics, messages, attachments). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service.

You agree not to submit content that is false, misleading, infringing, unlawful, confidential without authorization, or otherwise harmful.

  1. Verification and review

We may review, verify, approve, reject, or request changes to profiles or requests. Verification is not a guarantee of credentials, performance, or suitability. Institutions remain responsible for their own due diligence.

  2. Requests and coordination

Institutions may send requests to lecturers. Lecturers may accept, decline, or propose alternatives. After acceptance, institutions and lecturers coordinate details directly. We may provide messaging or notifications, but we do not act as an intermediary for scheduling, contracting, payments, or logistics unless explicitly stated in writing.

  3. Professional conduct and acceptable use

    You agree to:

  • Use the service professionally and respectfully

  • Not harass, spam, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform
